Assigning a table setup to a meeting room is

with the meeting room where you want to assign a table setup.
Locate the pencil icon and click on it.
2. At the top of the screen, you will find an option to select a table setup.
Choose the desired table setup from the available options, and then
click on Save and close to confirm your selection.
