What is browser cache?
Lobbi is a browser-based platform and is therefore bound to the web browser's functionality.
Web browsers use an internal buffer, called the cache, where online resources are stored locally on your computer to speed up future requests. This has a historical background when internet connections were slow and traffic was expensive.
Because Lobbi is updated on a regular basis, the web browser sometimes uses its local cached copies of the files instead of getting the latest version from the internet, resulting in unexpected issues with the interface. A simple cleaning of the cache usually resolves this issue and can be done as outlined below.
Why should you clear the cache?
It's a good idea to clear your browser cache because it:
1. prevents you from using old forms
2. protects your personal information
3. helps our applications run better on your computer
