How to search for a contact or booking

How to search for a reservation or an invoice

If you are looking for a booking or an invoice you have search tools at your disposal. This quick search comes in very handy if you have someone on the phone or you need to reply to an email.

Option 1:  First of all there is the general search box which can be accessed all throughout the application.  You can find the search box in the top right corner of the screen.

You can search on the following details:

• first and/or last name
• company name 
• reservation number
• invoice number

Simply click on the reservation or invoice that you are looking for to view the details of the reservation.

Option 2: In each list or overview you have a powerful search function. (new bookings, invoices, confirmed bookings, etc)

This search box will filter very quickly, starting from the first input.
Here you can filter the list on first name, last name, and booking reference.

Type one of the above details and click on the magnifying glass to open the booking screen
