Room out of order

Rooms may be unavailable for assignment to guests for various reasons.
An Out of order (OOO) is intended to block a room from being sold for a
prolonged period of time.
In this article, you will learn how to set up a room in OOO in two easy steps.

To set a room in out of order 

1. Go to the room rack and click on the button Out of order   
   
   
   
   
   

2. A pop-up appears

   • Select all the rooms/units you want to set up in OOO
   • Click Save and close
     
     

The rooms are indicated in the room rack as shown below, the booking status will turn black.
    
           

📣 NOTE: Click on the space bar to activate the quick links to cancel an out of order. 

• To cancel the entire 'booking', all the rooms that were set up in out of order, click on
