Lobbi PMS offers different types of booking statuses to help you keep track of your reservations.
Each booking status is represented by a unique color, and an overview of all the bookings linked to each status can be found in the booking status frame on the right side of the screen.
š£ NOTE: You can generate an overview of all the bookings within one status by simply clicking
on the status in the status frame.
New: All new bookings that are not yet confirmed are marked with blue.
By clicking on the New status in the booking status frame, you can generate an overview of all the new bookings and easily confirm them by clicking the green tick sign
Expired: When adding a new booking, you can set an expiry date. If the reservation remains unconfirmed, you can cancel the booking or contact the guest to request a signed offer, credit card number, or advance payment.
Modified: The booking status turns red when a reservation is modified by the guest through an online booking website.
Pending: A reservation is marked as pending when the guest receives an offer
or request to pay an advance payment.
Confirmed: The reservation has been confirmed.
Advance: The hotel has received an advance payment.
Paid: The full payment for the booking has been received.
Cancelled: The reservation has been cancelled.
Out of order: The unit is not available for booking as it is marked as "Out of Order" or OOO.
Closed: This status is only used during the initial stages of set-up when past bookings are uploaded into Lobbi PMS.
