How to close for sale

CLOSE FOR SALE

1. If you want to close one or more rooms for online sale for a few days you can manage it from the grid in the room rack.

• Tick off 'edit values'
• Choose a rate plan
• Click on the days linked to the room type you want to close for sale

• To synchronize immediately click the 'everything in synch.' button (automatic synchronization every 5 minutes)

2. To close one or more rooms for a longer period you can use the wizard.

• Use the 'wizard' button

• Select a period, accommodation type(s) and rataplan(s)
• For example, if you want to close a specific room type with a specific rate plan from Sunday until Thursday night you can manage this as following:
