This feature gives you the possibility to hide contacts directly in the address book, so they are not visible in the address book and in a booking anymore so there is less overflow, loading time and unclear overview.

! Be aware:

- You can only hide them if they are not linked to future bookings.

- Hidden does not mean deleted BUT once you hide them, you can not show them again, except if you ask Mancloud. 

How does it work?

1. Go to Address book

2. Search for the contact you want to hide

3. Click on the button to hide

4. A pop-up appears, click on OK if you are sure

5. The contact is hidden
