How to change VAT percentage on meals

To change the vat percentage on a supplement.

Keep in mind that changing the VAT percentage won't affect existing reservations. 

Go to Configuration - Global - Meals

Now click on the pencil next to the supplement you need to change

Now you can change the VAT percentage for the meal.
