You can create a supplement package in case you want to book a supplement that consists of multiple underlying supplements with different VAT rates. This could be useful if you only want to show the main 'parent' supplement or package to the guest and not the subdivision between VAT rates which is important for accounting purposes.
HOW TO CREATE SUPPLEMENT PACKAGES
1. Create a parent supplement (ex. 'wellness package'), this supplement should be configured at 0% VAT and a price of 0 euro (calculation will be done automatically in the booking)
2. Create two or more supplements that are covered by the parent supplement (ex. 'welcome drink' VAT 21% & 'spa treatment' VAT 12%)
- link the price (VAT incl.)
- configure the VAT rate
- ad a parent :
- choose if you want to show the underlying supplements or only the parent supplement on an invoice, by checking the box:
