Register a guarantee or a deposit

To register a guarantee

1. Go to the Administration section in a booking, click on +Add a payment to this booking
   
   
   
   
   
2. A pop-up appears
   • Enter contact and amount 
   • Check the box Is guarantee
   • Select a Payment method
   • Click Save and close
     
     
     
     

     📣 NOTE: This payment is now registered in the section Administration and Payments
     All payments which are considered a deposit are shown by this icon  
     

     
     
     
     
     
3. From the check-out list, you can generate a refund, click on this icon   
   
   
   
   A pop-up appears:  
   • Enter contact and the amount in a negative value 
   • Tick the checkbox Is guarantee
   • Select a Payment method
   • Click Save and close
     
     
     
     

     📣 NOTE: The refund is now registered and is shown by this icon 

     
     
     
     
     

     Go to the Administration section, the balance of the deposit is now €0,00.
     The refund of the deposit is also shown in the Payments section.

     
4. You can also opt not to refund the deposit.
   In that case, the deposit can be included in the invoice.
   Tick the checkbox in the section Payments
