Your account is disabled after 5 incorrect attempts to log in.
Ask your manager to unblock you.
Reset a password

Being a manager, you go to the tab Management > Users
- Search for the blocked user and click on the pencil on the right side
- A pop-up appears, enter a new password twice, and tick the checkbox Reset failed logins
- Click Save and close
Your account is active now. You can log in again and change your password if necessary.
