In this article, you can read how to send the details of POS tickets by e-mail.
You can choose to send the POS tickets individually.
Or you can choose to select several ones and send them together with or without the invoice.
To send POS tickets by e-mail
- Go to the Administration section in a booking
- Scroll down to Receipts, the list with the POS tickets
- Click on the grey PDF icon to generate the PDF
- Once generated, the PDF icon will turn red
- An e-mail icon will appear
- Click on this icon to email the POS ticket
š£ NOTE: To email different POS tickets, with or without the invoice,
just click on the envelope on the invoice line- Go to the Administration section in a booking and click on the icon
- A pop-up appears and the invoice template is loaded
- Tick the checkboxes and select which documents you want to mail
- Go to the Emails section in the booking, the sent email is listed there
- Click on the subject line of the e-mail
- You can view the details of the e-mail here
- Go to the Administration section in a booking and click on the icon
