Email templates allow hotel managers to quickly and easily send messages to guests,
such as booking confirmations, payment links, cancellation emails, and more. Here you can find a list of available email templates in Lobbi PMS.
In this article, we'll guide you through the process of editing email templates in Lobbi PMS.
1. Go to Configuration>Mailbox>Templates to access the email templates list.
2. Choose the template you want to edit by clicking on the pencil icon.
IMPORTANT When editing the email template, be careful not to change the name of the template itself,
as this is linked to certain flows in the backend. Additionally, it's important not to translate or
change the keywords, as this can cause errors in the email automation process.
