With Lobbi PMS, managing hotel finances is simplified thanks to its Invoices list.
This list keeps track of booking balances, payments, and total amounts, while also allowing users to add payments, create credit notes, and send invoices via email.
To access the Invoices list, simply click on the Administration>Invoices and Receipts>Invoices tab. You will see a list of all your invoices, including the booking reference number, guest name, balance, paid amount, and total amount. Additionally, the magnifying glass allows for swift access to detailed booking information.
The invoices list in Lobbi PMS includes a convenient tick box for quickly identifying unpaid invoices and a selection tool for filtering invoices by specific date ranges.
