Contacts Report

The contacts report in Lobbi PMS is a useful tool for guest management. It provides an overview of contact details, the language of the guest, the number of reservations, and the last arrival date.
With this information, you can identify loyal guests and tailor marketing efforts. The report is easy to use and export, and it can be accessed under the Reports>Guests and bookings>Contacts tab.
