To access the Channel Report, simply follow these steps: go to Reports > Management > Channel Report. Once you're there, select a date range and the report will be automatically generated for you. This report gives you an in-depth breakdown of the different types of bookings made through various channels, as well as the breakdown per guest category.
In addition to this, you'll be able to view the number of allocations, guests, and nights, along with the occupancy percentage and revenue for each booking. This information is further broken down by stay type, supplements, meals, POS and room revenue, and ADR. You also have the option to view the report as either VAT-inclusive or exclusive, depending on your needs.
