F&B overview

The F&B report in Lobbi PMS tracks meals for a specific day. Access it through Reports > F&B > Overview. It shows all meals served with guest count, units, allergies, and a magnifying glass icon that directs you to the booking itself.

The report can be filtered by meal or meal period based on user preference. It offers the flexibility to view the report by breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or the time of day the meal was served. Furthermore, it is possible to apply a filter to display only meals with a CRM note, simplifying customer feedback and preference tracking.

1. Select the by_meal or by_period filter to choose your preferred view or printing option.

2. The second filter enables you to display or print a specific meal of your choice.

3. The third filter filters out meals without a CRM note, enabling you to concentrate on customer feedback and preferences tracking.
