After confirmation, any changes to supplements, meals, or duration will be tracked
in the booking details page for managers to view in the CRM notes section.
Lobbi PMS logs various changes made to the booking, including:
- adding and deleting supplements/meals
- changing the amount and price of supplements/meals and
- shortening or lengthening a stay
Managers can easily access this information by going to the CRM section on the booking details page. 1. Tick the 'log' box
2. Click on CRM
To maintain complete transparency, you can opt to print a receipt that includes all changes made
to the booking.
This feature enables managers to stay informed of any modifications and their impact on the final bill.
