Follow-up list for (virtual) credit cards

The follow-up list for (virtual) credit cards in Lobbi PMS is a convenient tool located under the tab Administration > Payments > Credit cards. It serves as a comprehensive overview of all bookings that include regular or virtual credit card information. This list provides essential details for each booking, allowing you to effectively manage and monitor credit card transactions.

The following information is displayed for each booking entry in the follow-up list:

• Booking number: Unique identifier for guest's reservation
• Magnifying glass: Quick access to detailed booking information
• Contact name: Identifies the guest
• Credit card type: The type of credit card used for the reservation
• Charged amount: Amount charged to the credit card
• Registered amount: Total amount registered for the booking
• Charge date: The date the credit card should be charged
• Balance: Remaining amount to be charged
• Status: Current status of the credit card transaction
• Creation date: Date the transaction was initiated
• Payment provider dashboard link: Link to access payment details
